We asked Kristin Persu, Vice President of Central Operations, who works closely with paratransit drivers, what "Every Ride Matters" means to her — here’s what she shared, and we couldn’t agree more. 💡

Last week at our monthly town hall, we celebrated employee anniversaries, birthdays, and outstanding client service. Leadership recognized team members with certificates, gift cards, and branded swag — and we were excited to welcome Danish Qadri as our new Director of Operations.
