Episode 063 of Around Town, Mike Jeffers talks with Barry Goldberg, the living legend who learned from the masters of the blues in Chicago during the 1960's. He and a handful of North Side kids discovered the Chicago Blues at the end of the AM radio and had to find out what it was and where it came from.
They visited some of the legendary blues spot in Chicago and learned from Muddy Waters and Howlin’ Wolf and many others. "Born in Chicago" tells that story with a mixture of exciting musical footage and perceptive interviews.
