Should I have my air ducts cleaned after remodelling?
During home remodelling, it is recommended to seal off return and supply vents and not operate the heating and cooling system until after cleaning up construction dust. If the supply and return vents are not sealed, construction dust can be channelled into the air duct system, in which air duct cleaning would be necessary to remove construction dust from the air duct system.
