Keep It Zen exists to help people embrace duality through movement.⁣

Strength and mobility. ⁣
Power and flow. ⁣
Structure and freedom.⁣

Like the yin and yang, health isn’t about choosing one side , it’s about understanding the relationship between both.⁣

Dark and light. ⁣
Effort and recovery. ⁣
Tension and ease.⁣

My goal is to help people build the archetype of the balanced individual . Someone who knows when to draw the sword and when to put it away. ⁣

Real health comes from building strong pillars in the body:⁣

When the body receives the right inputs, something deeper happens.⁣
