My first attempt at an eggs Benedict. This is my favorite breakfast that I order at restaurants but have been too afraid to attempt to make myself. The sauce didn’t break! 😁 it was a bit thick but the taste was amazing. No more paying $14 a plate for something I can make at home. Used the English muffin recipe and also, was on point! sauce
