We’re establishing a space that is thoughtfully crafted and welcomes curiosity. Concrete, terracotta, limewash, and marble are prominent interior elements.

The air is rich in Zamboanga, Del Sur, Philippines — it’s here that the essence of our pastries begin, inspired by tradition and memories created with love and resilience.
Throughout our discovery and research for our brand’s identity, we established a tone that is warm and inviting, while also sophisticated and intentional.
Our primary logo includes elements that reflect the care and creativity behind each pastry. It’s a nod to delicate garnishes, familiar flavors, hand-written notes and strokes reminiscent of Baybayin script.
The color palette provides a clear connection to our story—drawing inspiration from the lush landscapes and flavors of the Philippines, as well as Justin’s background as a ceramicist and talented pastry chef.
