Halfway through wedding cut. Been a bit tougher to be in a calorie deficit while training six days per week on a tactical training plan. Making progress though. Back coming in nicely and continuing to improve in training.

Day 1 of the Wedding Fat Loss Phase 💍🔥
This time it’s a little different.
Instead of the usual 4-day upper/lower lift split with steps and calorie tracking, I’m in the middle of a tactical training block—6 days a week of strength, anaerobic intervals, and aerobic work. That means more total output... and more calories than I usually get during a fat loss phase 👀
