You don't need permission to choose what feels good.

The belief that you're only allowed to do what feels good after xyz is not only limiting how much pleasure you can experience (which is infinite) but it's closing you off from what your heart is really longing for...

This pattern usually shows up when we're forcing things, attempting to control outcomes, or even trying to please others.. rather than ourselves. There's no TRUST that it's safe to choose what's best for us.

When we can prioritize pleasure, we shift back into alignment....Because we're communicating to the world that we matter, our desires matter, and we're worthy of receiving them. There is trust.

+there are natural shifts that occur when we're in the vibe of trust:

🌙We can be fully present for our people
🌙love feels constant
🌙We don't second guess ourselves
🌙"hard" things feel "easy"
🌙We sleep better, have less anxiety, and give way less fcks
🌙We feel passionate about what We're choosing to create
🌙our libido sky rockets
🌙sex is magical
🌙We make more money

I think we can agree that these ⬆️ are pretty common desires... +what if the way into receiving these was through your own pleasure? What would shift for you?

you have permission to do what feels good + know that we all benefit from you doing so❤️
