RiseBack.org is seeking experienced Real Estate Investment Professionals to serve as Online Faculty for its Certificate in Health Care Management program.

The faculty member will be responsible for teaching medical doctors and healthcare professionals how to evaluate, structure, and manage real estate investment strategies aligned with their income profiles, tax considerations, risk tolerance, and long-term financial goals. The focus is on enabling clinicians to move beyond earned income and build sustainable wealth through informed real estate decisions.

Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in residential, commercial, and healthcare real estate, including medical office buildings, clinics, ambulatory centers, REITs, syndications, and passive investment models. Strong knowledge of market analysis, due diligence, financing, leverage, tax-efficient structures (including depreciation and 1031 exchanges), risk management, and exit strategies is essential.

The role emphasizes practical, real-world guidance, helping doctors avoid speculative or unsuitable investments, assess opportunities critically, and adopt time-efficient strategies that fit demanding clinical careers.

Faculty will deliver live online weekend sessions, collaborate with the RiseBack academic team to structure content into PowerPoint-based presentations, and support learners through case studies, investment scenarios, and applied decision-making frameworks.
