4 hr eat window
11 hr eat window
36 hr fast
6 hr eat window
Fast again 12 to 65 hrs (your choice) and repeat.

During your eat window be true to eat foods high in protein and fiber. Try your best to eat superfoods and to stay away from processed foods.
