I was honored and blessed to share my book with families in New Jersey last week. A big thanks to Watchung Booksellers for inviting me to do a read aloud. I was also able to meet a few inspiring artists as well, which warmed my heart and got me excited for the future of the art community!

Bunso Meets a Mumu is finally available for pre-sales. This is the first book of many that will explore Filipino American culture and folklore through humor, and the imagination of a child.
I've been working on this idea for almost 2 years now. Exploring my culture's heritage and untapped source of stories from the Philippines 🇵🇭 has been an amazing journey.
This book wouldn't be possible without the support of my friends, family and the wonderful people I've met virtually during the pandemic on Children's Book Meetup. I want to give special thanks to Jesse Byrd .y.r.d for taking an interest in this book series and I'm excited to go further with this series.
