Lately I’ve been so inspired by regenerative farming after watching , .movie , and GroundswellFilm 👩‍🌾

Instead of endless monocrops, heavy tilling, chemical dependency, and soil left bare, regenerative practices focus on living roots, diverse crops, cover crops, thoughtful grazing, rainwater capture, and protecting soil like the living ecosystem it is.

Healthy soil can hold more water, support more life, and help keep carbon in the ground. Plant more things together! And redirect your rain water! 💧🪱 🌱

So here’s a cookie set for the cows, chickens, sheep, pigs, farmers, grasses, worms, rain, and roots — all part of the story of restoring the land. 🐄🐓🐑🌾 and for Amelia, of course 🩷
