Yesterday, we presented Lawrence Wade a service excellence award for doing an outstanding job at his luxury high rise location. Last week, he noticed a female who appeared lost and pacing outside his building. Due to his quick response and following the right steps to contact the police department, he assisted in finding a missing person. Thank you Lawrence for your alertness and making an impact in the community to bring her home to her family.
