A few days ago, I did a post about all of the scamming taking place on Facebook. I mentioned so called "Sha Zhu Pan" (Pig Butchering) and Romance scams.

Well, this past Sunday, John Oliver's main story on his "Last Week Tonight" show on Max was about that very subject. Whether you agree or not with John's views, it's worth spending twenty minutes to watch the segment. I engage with scammers and some of them are indeed victims of very bad people while others are just plain criminals.

And as Sergeant Phil Esterhaus on "Hill Street Blues" use to say, "Let's be careful out there."

Last week's Consumer Electronics Show was all about Artificial Intelligence. Just when we think we are up to date with technology, something new comes along. But that's not necessarily a bad thing.
