It’s June 1st and a great day to jump into a sport that not only get’s you in shape, but also builds self-defense skills and brings a great community to train with. Boxing is for everyone-all ages, all fitness levels. You just gotta bring a willingness to learn and we will take care of the rest!

Also, check out our Laramie location at 4037 E Grand Ave. (Inside )classes are Monday/Wednesday at 5:30 and Tuesday/Thursday at 6 pm. 1 membership for 2 locations is great for students heading to Laramie in the fall!
