To address everyone’s concerns regarding the article from the cowboy state daily and my bill on the Wyoming Homestead act. This bill will make it affordable for the average family to build and own a home. There is a significant amount of Land in Wyoming and you have to live in the state for 12 months to qualify. It will be a drawing who gets to buy land it will not be a free for all. The thing that will be built on the land is residential property and will only be allowed to sell to other residents. Black Rock, Vanguard and Wall Street will not be entitled to buy such property.
