Older furnace working fine, but customer was looking for Central A/C. After reviewing options they decided to change the furnace as well. I was relieved because the furnace was way oversized for the ductwork. When we pulled out the old furnace we found cracked and broken combustion tubes, and cracked heat exchanger. Great choice to replace. Also went with 95% efficient tankless water heater. Great outcome, nice project, warm and happy customers!
