Join Katbird Studio and chef Juan Coronado of Railspur for an unforgettable farm-to-table epicurean experience set against the backdrop of one of Cheyenne‘s most iconic landmarks – the water towers.
This intimate dinner is a fundraiser with a portion of the proceeds, supporting the Cheyenne water tower mural project’s painting of the second tower.
The evening celebrates the spirit of Cheyenne through local flavors, artistic expression, and community pride. Savor a carefully curated menu showcasing the finest regional ingredients, while surrounded by the artistry and history that shaped our western heritage.
