This session is about to be EVERYTHING! ⚡💜 Three phenomenal young women from R.E.A.L. Girlz will be co-presenting at the 2026 Girls Mental Health Summit and they are absolutely showing out for their generation! 👏🏾🌟

Jocelyn Sanderson, a sophomore at Hermitage High School and aspiring labor and delivery nurse; Mila Henry, founder of MH Boxes and Youth Ambassador for the Southern Black Girls and Women's Consortium; and Cali Rivers, a freshman at Appomattox Regional Governors School, aspiring psychologist and social worker. These young ladies are leaders within their community showing up to speak directly to their peers. 👑 Together they will lead "Check Your Energy", an interactive workshop where girls will explore where their mental, emotional, and social energy is being spent through a creative "energy receipt" activity. 🧾✨ Participants will reflect on what drains them, what fills them up, and walk away with practical tools to set boundaries and protect their peace because our girls deserve to invest their energy into what truly matters.
