Keep Moving Forward Ruck Club

Today, Howard, Stephanie and I braved the deer flies and put in 3.27 miles. It was a great morning, including the swatting of flies 😂😂

Today, Howard and I took the club to Albert G. Horton Jr. to remember why we are. The sacrifice of the 15 thousand plus who are buried here. We honored them in our own way by moving around the perimeter of the cemetery starting and finishing at Kody Lee Decker, Katherine Decker and Richard Decker’s headstones, my family. It was a great ruck getting in 3+ miles today.

Another great day around the lake!!

It was a beautiful day in Yorktown. Howard and I got in 3.47 miles at the battlefield.
