So grateful to everyone who shared a piece of their story with us today. ❤ Love Saturday's!

** WEEKLY HEART CHECK **

Friends, We cannot wait to get back into the gym with you to gather as sisters and glorify God through our praise! IT was a gift to the both of us, and we just want you to know that. This week will also be great so be sure to come back, and if you didn't make it last week, be sure to being your self and a friend this week.

On Saturday, we talked about what was keeping us from experiencing God fully, being fulfilled by God first and foremost, and how we are being pursued by our heavenly father despite how much we stray.

In order to break down those barrier we establish between us and God, we prayed these prayers together that I want to remind you of:

Prayer 1: Lord, help me see myself through your eyes. Help me see myself as your child. So that I can better understand your love for me. - Is there a part of you who feels like you don’t truly know God? You know he’s there and he loves us, but do you really know how much he loves and cares for you? Pray for God to bring this to light for you

Prayer 2. Lord, cleanse and forgive my heart. - Is there something you need to be cleansed of or forgiven for? Bring it to the feet of our heavenly father.

Prayer 3. Lord, unsettle my heart. - What needs to be unsettled in you? What is that part of your life where you feel real comfortable, but you know it’s just not quite right?

We are often filled with things instead of God.

Food. Kids. Material Things. Men. Activities. Friendships. Jobs. Dreams. Money. Desires. Sleep. Inappropriate behaviors.

Even if they don't seem all bad - anything you put before your relationship with God is harmful to your faith. It's damaging because we begin to view God more as a book, a rule, a manager, rather than a father. Something or someone we can put off until later.

WE MUST NOT FORGET WHO MADE US, WHO LOVES US, WHO HOLDS THE WORLD AND WHO HOLDS OUR HEARTS. And most importantly - who blesses us with abundance of "gifts"... the same gifts that we choose before Him.

Challenge your mind and heart to be filled with the Lord first. Fill your heart with the un wavering love of the Lord before all else, and then protect it because everything else flows format (proverbs 4:23).
