North Dakota is becoming a leader in selecting ceramic membrane systems for drinking water applications. | Michael Bourke North Dakota is becoming a leader in selecting ceramic membrane systems for drinking water applications. Here's my take on this. https://lnkd.in/gTVKp_4X
Challenge: An increasing population with finite freshwater resources. 🌧️
In many cases, our fresh water supply isn't just finite - it's a diminishing supply.
Solution: ♻️ The Circular Water Economy, where Recycled wastewater serves as a new fresh water resource.
Wigen manufactures Ultrafiltration and Reverse Osmosis systems that are critical for treating water to the quality needed for indirect and direct potable reuse in industrial and municipal applications. In the Circular Water Economy, we take wastewater, highly treat it, and recycle it again multiple times - thus reducing our reliance on fresh water supplies.
As our population increases, we need a greater fresh water supply. Wigen has the RO, UF, and Advanced Oxidation processes to bring recycled water back to the drinking supply or high-quality industrial processes.
