What a great day on the course! ⛳️
Pinnacle Construction and our sister company, Park Properties Management Company, had a blast sponsoring and participating in the 2026 Young Life Charlottesville Golf Tournament. We’re thrilled to have been part of an event that raised over $19,000 for Young Life in the area!
Each year, this tournament gives us the chance to reconnect with local businesses, enjoy some friendly competition, and support an incredible mission. Already looking forward to next year!

William Park, president of Pinnacle Construction and Development, offered an optimistic outlook on solving the affordable housing crisis in Central Virginia while representing the company at the Thomas Jefferson Planning District Affordable Housing Summit on March 13th. He emphasized that while the region's beauty and high demand for housing drive up prices, the solution lies in a combination of creative approaches such as leveraging low-interest financing, real estate tax incentives, donated land, and faster approval processes so the region can increase its housing supply. He remains hopeful that with the right mix of strategies, lasting progress can be made to address the housing challenges.
