Plant a tree, today. If you can not, plant one tomorrow. It is not up the “them” and it is not going to be “their” fault when all the trees are gone. It is up to us all. Volunteer with a local .ORG like Trees Charlotte to get as many trees in the ground as possible. Take your kids or grandkids and nephews and nieces on walks on the greenway. Feel the difference when you are within the trees as opposed to when only surrounded by concrete. All things that make positive change in the world are “crazy” or dumb” when they are first introduced as compared to the Status Quo of the day.
