The new Adobe Photoshop uses AI to effortlessly remove wires and cables from an image. A no-no for real estate photos, but for an image like this, it's perfect magic. (The 2nd image is the AI-edited one.

Today I photographed a house in Mooresville, and the realtor asked me to get some pictures of the amenities area of the neighborhood. I was just getting ready to launch my drone and a lady quickly pulled up in an SUV (she was the HOA president).

The lady curtly said "Can I help you????"

I said "A Diet Coke with a lemon wedge would be wonderful!"

It turns out she didn't want to help me.
