You’re losing credibility every time you go on camera — and you don’t even know it. 📺
I pinned the link to my course in the comments below. 👇
After 20 years in broadcast news, I finally built the course I’ve been coaching people on behind closed doors.
Here’s what most people don’t know:
When you’re on a Zoom interview, a TV segment, a Live, or a press appearance, media professionals are watching in real time and silently thinking:
“Oh no. Look at that backdrop.”
“Why does their audio sound like that?”
“They have no idea how they’re coming across.”
I’ve been in those rooms. I’ve had those conversations.
You deserve to know the things nobody tells you.
🎯 This course is for you if you are:
📌 A content creator ready to stop looking amateur
📌 A CEO or executive representing your brand on camera
📌 A public figure, politician, or professional interviewed by journalists
📌 Anyone who knows they need to show up better on camera — but doesn’t know where to start
🎬 What’s inside:
✅ Step-by-step video lessons
✅ Downloadable guides & templates
✅ 20 years of broadcast journalism experience + a Master’s degree in Journalism, broken down into practical tools you can actually use
Your backdrop. Your audio. Your presence. Your confidence. All of it. Covered.
This is the kind of training private media coaches charge thousands for. Right now, it’s available at launch pricing that will not last.
⏰ It’s live. It’s ready. And so is the version of you that owns every camera moment.
The camera is ready. Are you? 🎯

What an incredible run. 💙 We are going to miss Arendelle so much! ☃️❄️
Watching Blair make her professional theater debut as Young Anna in Frozen at Children's Theatre of Charlotte has been one of the most special experiences for our entire family.
After months of daily rehearsals, late nights, school performances during the week, and two-show days on weekends… this girl has grown in every way. She learned so much from the incredibly talented professional cast, who truly took her under their wing. We could not have asked for a better group of people to guide and support her.
And let’s just say… she has definitely caught the bug. 🎭 She is already dreaming about her next show.
One of my favorite parts of this journey was watching so many of our friends and family experience Children’s Theatre for the first time. Every single person walked away blown away by the quality… the set design, costumes, live orchestra, and the level of talent on that stage.
For anyone who doesn’t know, Children’s Theatre of Charlotte not only offers amazing programs for kids, but also produces a full season of professional shows with paid adult actors… all created with families and children in mind.
I’ll never forget taking Blair to her very first show there when she was about five years old. She looked up at me and said, “I want to do this someday.” Children can audition starting at age nine… and last year, when she turned nine, she did. She was cast as Young Anna, and we waited almost a year for this moment.
If you have a child who loves to perform, auditions are held in May for the upcoming season. It is such a special opportunity.
We are just so grateful… to the cast, the creative team, and everyone behind the scenes who made this experience unforgettable.
We will never forget our time in Arendelle. 💙

“Mom, what were you like in the ’90s?”
Well… apparently I was a little bit of everything.
Oversized sweatshirts.
Shorts with scrunched socks.
Brown hair one week… blonde the next.
Two-piece prom dresses that somehow felt completely normal at the time.
The ’90s were kind of the wild west of fashion. No rules. Just vibes.
And honestly… I’d go back in a heartbeat. 💿
Tell me you grew up in the ’90s without telling me you grew up in the ’90s.
