If it begins to rain or become windy while we are in the middle of jumping what should we do? If there is an attendant, they will ask all guests to exit the unit and deflate the unit until the rain passes, if possible. If there is no attendant, we will provide instructions on how to deflate when we do the initial set up with the customer. Do I need to pay in full or make a deposit when booking? We require a $50 deposit when you get confirmation to book for your event and the event must be paid in full prior to set up. You can definitely pay in full at any time leading up to the event.
