Smith Splash

is an annual concert in the Stanly County YMCA park, celebrating and promoting support of the Smith William Snuggs Endowment fund. The endowment was created in 2010 in memory of the son of Lee and Billie Jean Smith Snuggs. Its funds support swimming initiatives at the YMCA, primarily the Second Grade Learn to Swim Program.
