"We recently moved to Charlotte and purchased a home that needed a lot of work done. We were so fortunate to find Nice Neighbor Contracting. Under Chuck's cheerful direction a series of polite, quick, competent professionals took care of our issues, from a structural engineer to a carpenter.
The total work done consisted of all new gutters, drains to remove water around from the house, extensive repair of the foundations, the exterior of the house sealed and painted.
In each case there was no delay, all work was permitted and reviewed for quality by Nice Neighbor. Consistently the estimates came in below our budget.
I have recommended Nice Neighbor personally to my friends, and unreservedly recommend them to you. This week I will be contacting Nice Neighbor to help us with our next project, and I'm not sure what better recommendation I can give than that."
