Each of my athletes gets the infamous Manila folder. This contains all my notes on each session about what they need to improve on each week we train. It includes their own thoughts about what they feel they need to improve on along with drills and workouts that are tailored specifically for their needs.

Today I arrived back from Florida and got the pleasure of meeting Aliyah McManus! She is a 10th grader at Great Falls High. I will be training her for hitting, fielding and speed/agility. Great first session!!💪🏼
