My favorite sweet little treat that actually packs a ton of protein 💪🏼
Macros (whole pint, depending on protein powder):
🥜 Ryse Peanut Butter - 274 cal | 44g protein | 11g carbs | 5g fat
🍬 CSE Peppermint - 225 cal | 40g protein | 10g carbs | 2g fat
YES — that’s for the entire pint 😱💖
Ingredients:
🥛 ½ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
🥛 ½ cup fat-free Fairlife milk
🥣 ½ cup plain fat-free Greek yogurt
🍬 1–2 tsp Splenda (or sweetener of choice)
💪 1 serving protein powder
🍫 Optional mix-ins: Skinny Dipped, Lily’s sugar-free chocolate chips, fresh fruit, etc
Directions:
1️⃣ Mix everything together.
2️⃣ Freeze for 24 hours. If an ice cream bump forms on top, add a splash of hot water & scrape down.
3️⃣ Blend on “Light Ice Cream” setting.
4️⃣ Scrape sides, no extra milk needed, then click “Re-spin.”
5️⃣ Add mix-ins and hit “Mix-in” button 🍫
