Sitting by the lake today reflecting on my children and how grateful I am for the relationship we have today.
There was a time I didn’t understand how important boundaries were. I overgave, put myself last, and thought that was what being a good mom, partner, and leader looked like. But eventually I learned something important:
You cannot lead well when you abandon yourself in the process.
Holding true to my boundaries and my vision changed my relationships, my business, and my life.
