It's that time again....time for us to be blessings to those who need it.
koconcessions will be doing meals for the homeless. Hand delivering platters to those on the street, who may not know where the next meal is coming from.

Mint Scampi Seafood Mac & Cheese

What happens when you add fresh mint to a scampi sauce, cook shrimp & crab in it....then add that to Mac & Cheese??? All while broiling 2 lobster Tails in the same scampi sauce....then serving the Mac & Cheese is the cracked shell of the lobster tails???
