Publication: Notes from the Healing Body

I thought the hardest part of my day would be lifting weights. And yes, it was humbling. My body said “please no,” and I said “just one more rep,” and now we’re not on speaking terms.
And yet… somehow (by the end) it felt good? Unexpected.
But plot twist: the real challenge came later — when I tried to write. Suddenly it was a full-on brain tornado. Too many ideas, not enough thread. My inner critic popped in like, “Oh hey, were you trying to be coherent today?”
If you’re into Ayurveda: yes, it’s giving Vata. Floating thoughts, spiraling tabs, six creative projects open and none finished. Big air energy.
So I did what any self-aware overthinker would do: I stopped thinking, made mood boards. No overthinking, no perfect plan. Just vibes, images, and intuition.
Sometimes the best way out of your head… is through your hands.
