When I was a kid movies didn’t interest me very much only cartoons . For some reasons though I came across this movie playing in the background and when I actually started to pay attention is when Trevor was explaining the Pay It Forward web . Idk what it was but for a kid who was around the same size and age as me to describe an idea and action of that magnitude resonated with me on a level I didn’t fathom at the time . Fast forward 10 years since I saw the movie & now I’m 19 just about to start a new job at ENTERPRISE. I was so excited to have a “real job” not working at McDonald’s & Wendy’s anymore . The first thing I did when I got that job was see how much I actually liked working there and if it was a suitable environment so I could put my friends on. If I’m not mistaken I went on to get at least 5-7 people a job there that could alter their future . Once I realized the impact of helping people attain things in this realm had on me I became addicted to that rewarding feeling , the feeling of knowing I’m doing things to advance my community & not just focusing on individual goals. When you help others win WE ALL WIN 🐼🎋🧡🔄
