Are there any foods that you detested as a kid and now you love? That has been my relationship with Avocados! πŸ₯‘⁣

The small but potent avocado is a great way to keep you full, getting you lots of brain-healthy fats, and also a great source of fiber! ⁣

πŸ‘™ Avocados help with metabolic markers like blood glucose, blood pressure, lipid markers, and atherosclerosis.⁣

πŸ’…πŸ» And let's just get real here for a second - they are absolutely fabulous for clear skin, shiny hair, and strong nails!⁣

So how much avocado should you consume in a day?⁣

That’s approximately 160 calories, which is optimal for a snack (I like to add some Everything Bagel seasoning!)⁣

I always add avocado to my shakes to make them creamy.⁣
⁣
They make many salads or side dishes better!⁣
⁣
And here is the system to perfectly ripen them:⁣
⁣
Wrap the avocado in a paper bag and store it in a dark kitchen cabinet overnight. Voila! They β€œwake up” all ripe and ready to eat.⁣
