Posting my two favorite pre-accident pictures of my mom on her what would have been 83rd birthday. I feel her kind, compassionate, beautiful, playful soul so deeply in both of these photos. I miss you every day, mama. ❤️

15 years and I remember it like it was yesterday. The sleepless night gazing out the window from the living room couch, the snowy morning, our golden retriever, jasper, frolicking in the snow before we said goodbye to her to leave for our doctor’s appointment. The final ultrasound before the scheduled c-section. The panic on the nurse’s face. The doctor confirming that baby B didn’t have a heartbeat. Cole. Cole didn’t have a heartbeat.
