Spring has sprung 🌸 I have so many new things in the works - from Clarksville, to Onion Creek, to Del Valle.
Spring is a time for change and a lot is changing in our world and economy. It will be interesting to see how it affects the housing market, specifically in Austin. What I do know is that mortgage rates are at a 6-month low which increases buyer’s purchasing power. That is a win-win for both buyers and sellers. Springtime has always been the best time for selling and great for buying because of all of the inventory. 🪻
