Empty Soul-
Fill this void and make me whole
This empty feeling in my soul
In hope I wait here, like a stone
For love to failsafe, what’s in control

Can’t shake my thoughts of being alone, forever
I give all that I have to those I love
Am I foolish for thinking they’ll be there and one day I’ll feel better?
I’ve seen what hurricanes can bring, stripped of everything by weather

I keep my head up high, can’t fall again
I look up towards the sky; imagine I will touch the clouds
Sometimes I wish I could hear silence
Will death be the only way to suppress sound?
Destroy this illusion that no one’s around
