Ahh, story time! You may have seen but our clients got a new AL&EM piece 🤭

Her original engagement ring (before we met) had begun to show significant wear & tear after only being engaged a year or two. The diamond was loosey goosey & we all knew it was going to need a safer home one day sooner than later. Her husband came up with the greatest surprise 😂

We worked together to review notes and created exactly what she had always wanted. She needed something stronger and safe, hence the bezel setting, and the setting to be as low as possible for her pretty active lifestyle. We built the ring and waited for the right time for him to bring it in for a “repair”.

Once we set the diamond, he presented her with a box that had her original ring sans diamond. Absolute panic!! Moments later, he gifted her the new forever ring. Same diamond, same commitment, new forever home for the stone.

AH! (Delayed) congratulations to this sweet couple! Meet this meaningful toi et moi engagement ring: one side is pave set with his family heirloom diamonds and the other is a new-to-them bezel-set emerald-cut green emerald. The band tapers from thinner at the top to wider at the bottom to balance the weight of the ring and also emphasize the settings. The euro shank is present to keep the setting centered on the top of her finger.

It was such a joy designing it with him. He even brought in pictures of her jewelry box to give us an idea of her style, likes, & dislikes. 🫶🥹
