I can’t believe that we are almost 31 days in 2024. The time is flying by. It was just Christmas last week lol. As we exist January and enter February, let’s set the vibes for a successful month. I’m trying to stay on track and stand on business this year!
Here’s a checklist for entrepreneurs that I created to help ensure that we are on the right track for February!
✔️Read Unread Emails: Make it a priority to clear out your inbox. Respond to any pending emails, archive what you don’t need, and organize your inbox for a fresh start.
✔️Update Email Signature: Don’t forget to update your email signature. Include any upcoming out-of-office dates to keep your team informed about your availability.
✔️Review 2024 Goals: Take a moment to revisit your goals for 2024. Reflect on your progress and adjust your strategies if needed. This is a great opportunity to realign yourself with your objectives!
✔️Review Sales: Did you make your sales goals this month? Did you celebrate a win? Did you find areas for improvement?
✔️Prepare for Taxes: It’s that time again to file taxes. Get a head start on tax preparation. Gather necessary documents, receipts, and any other information needed for a smooth tax filing process. Being proactive can save you time and stress later on.
Completing these tasks will help you finish the month on a strong note and set the tone for a productive and organized month ahead.

Let me be real for a second. Managing time does NOT come naturally to me.
I like to be on time for events and get my work done on time BUT I don’t know how to use my downtime effectively.
That’s why I rely on time blocking my day to help me make better use of my time. I sometimes say that I don’t have enough time, but I do have enough time I just need to make better use of it.

I recently was checking my business bank account statements and I kept seeing a charge for a platform that I signed up for but wasn’t really utilizing on a day-to-day basis.
I thought about it and realized that I can save the money that I’ve been using for the platform and cancel it. Right now in my business, I can go without paying for a platform that I’m rarely using.
Today I challenge you to look at the platforms you use to operate your business and see if you really need to be paying for that platform or if can you cancel it and save a few coins.
