Handcrafted Pastry

My version of the classic French Tarte au Citron (lemon tart in plain English! 😊)
For this, I made my own garnish elements, such as crème fraiche, candied lemon & oranges (placed below all the fruits), and chocolate flower. I also used some blue pea flowers to add more color. The mint leaves were home grown as well.
Hopefully, it tastes as well as I hope it does! 🤞
