Xavier High School

We are excited to announce that we have restructured our Activities Department into a single Xavier Catholic Schools Activities Team serving students in Grades 7-12. With Xavier Middle School coming online, we believe it is in the best interest of our students to more closely align our middle school and high school extracurricular programs, creating a more unified and intentional experience.

In recent years, Xavier High School has had an Activities Director and Assistant Activities Director, while LaSalle Middle School and Regis Middle School each operated with a separate Activities Director (or multiple directors across the two schools). This new structure not only strengthens alignment across our schools, but also maximizes the talented personnel and resources already within our system.

Moving forward, the MS/HS activities team will consist of Adam McDonnell as the Activities Director of Grades 7-12 and two Xavier Catholic Schools Assistant Activities Directors: Clayton Leipold, who previously served as a faculty member at Regis Middle School, and Brian O'Donnell (L93), who returns to our system after previously serving as principal of St. Pius X Elementary School.

Together, this team will work collaboratively to support our students in their activities across Grades 7-12, strengthen communication with families and coaches, ensure consistent expectations and programming. This team's goal is to provide a seamless extracurricular experience that continues to build up our tradition of high participation in school activities and prepares students for success at every level.

A big shout out to our friends at Hills Bank for the state sendoff for our baseball team!

Congratulations to Coach Halter and Xavier Baseball on punching their ticket to the Class 3A state tournament with their 7-2 substate final victory over Boone tonight! Stay tuned for state tournament information. GO SAINTS!
