This client heard noises from inside the house. We came out to assess and found bird droppings on the siding beneath the vents. We stayed a little longer and saw birds opening the flapper with their beaks to access the ducting to seek shelter..

We installed new vent duct covers with grates, and caulked so no more birds can access.
