My poor baby. For anyone who has a kid that suffers from bloody noses, knows that it is a very dramatic experience for them. Thankfully this is not a common occurrence. This bloody nose was caused by a plugged liver that was causing congestion in his sinuses.
One bloody nose is no big deal, but this extreme amount of blood was very concerning. It was also draining into his stomach so his vomit was mostly blood. When your liver is overloaded it slows the production of clotting proteins, which was causing an excessive amount of blood.
So I ran to my Essential Oils Desk Reference and used Helichrysum because it’s an anticoagulant and it’s a liver protectant/detoxifier/stimulate. I rubbed it straight on his liver and the bridge of his nose and across his upper cheeks. Through muscle testing I found that he needed cinnamon bark along his sinuses. Cinnamon bark is very potent and can have a burning sensation if not used correctly. So I used 1 drop Cinnamon and 15 drops of a carrier oil (I used V-6). Cinnamon bark is also an anticoagulant so it really helped the bleeding to stop.
2 whole days of nose bleeds really kicked his butt...
