Love these Sunday reset & recharge tips from Twig And Stone 💕 How do you recharge for your week ahead?

Here are 5 easy steps for an effective & simple Sunday Ritual: 💫
1. Start by burning some Palo Santo in your space and around your body to help clear your mind & reset the energy around you. 🌬✨
2. Take 5 minutes to simply be. Concentrate on breathing deeply & relaxing your mind/body. 💆🏼♀️
3. Write down 1-10 intentions for the week ahead. These can be tangible goals, a mindset, or anything in your life you want to work on. 📝
4. Light a candle (magic or otherwise, like a tea-light) & meditate over it to help set your intentions. Let it burn all the way out. 🕯
5. Sage your home to clear out any stagnant or negative energy from last week so you can start Monday in a fresh space. |
