This is something I practice for myself.

Even with all the healings and work I’ve done on myself, I still find I can judge myself in certain situations.

During those times I take a deep breath, center myself, and ask…How is this judgement serving me? Why am I being so hard on myself.

Then I see the bigger picture and can shift my perspective and love myself more.

Today, on the last solstice of the year, see what you’d like to leave behind…what is no longer serving you…and ask yourself…who do I want to be for myself…

The morning of my 62 birthday last week I felt a tug at my heart to creerse a Women’s retreat to Peru in November this year. I usually take a year between tours, and being that we just returned from Egypt I felt that was it for this year. But Spirit had other plans. Little did I know what was about to transpire in our Country. No matter where you stand on abortion, as a women, you have to want rights over your own body. How we can even be in this conversation again seems so ass backwards to me. But what I know for myself is, my vibration matters. It’s truly the only thing that matters. Word thought vibration…it’s these things from which we create. So I always ask myself what am I thinking saying or feeling….because I know this affects not only me, but my world. So, I am setting the intention to take a group of women to Peru and wait with sacred waters, drink plant medicine, and create ceremonies to bring harmony to ourselves and the planet.
