Calhan Community Events

We know, we know… Halloween is this weekend 🎃👻, and talking about Christmas already might feel a little early—but behind the scenes, big things are moving!

This year marks the 10th Annual Calhan Christmas Parade: Vintage Christmas happening on Saturday, December 12th at 6:15 PM! We have some incredibly exciting things up our sleeves for our 10-year milestone, and it’s officially time to get those registrations rolling in so we can plan the lineup.

Here is what you need to know right now:
📝Registration is officially OPEN! Final registration deadline is Sunday, December 6th, but getting entered early helps us build the lineup and make this our best parade yet.
📝Paper forms & drop boxes are out! You can find physical registration packets and drop boxes around town right now (Calhan Feed Store, Farmers State Bank, JKC Liquor, and Calhan NAPA). You can also register directly online via our official Google Form!
📝Signs are hitting town soon! Keep an eye out—parade signs and posters are already getting prepped (sneak peek above! 👀) and will be going up all over town as soon as the weekend’s chili cook-off and Halloween festivities wrap up.

🚨 SCAMMER ALERT / STAY SAFE: 🚨
Please be cautious! Every year, scammers target community event pages pretending to take registration money or selling vendor spots. The ONLY official organizers of the Calhan Christmas Parade are Kristin, Buckey, and Kate.
We will never ask you to send money to a random personal Venmo/PayPal in post comments.

Official entries are only handled via our official Google Form or the physical drop boxes at our 4 dedicated Calhan locations. Ignore anyone posting unofficial links or claiming to handle registrations.

Grab your entry form, start planning those floats, classic cars, tractors, and animal entries, and let’s make the 10th anniversary an unforgettable night! 🚜🎄✨
