Another project in the books! 🛠️

We recently wrapped up this basement project which included the framing, insulation (R-5/ 1” Pink foam and R-15 batt), and drywall hanging—followed by taping and mudding to achieve a smooth, finished surface throughout.

The space has been completely reimagined and now features a spacious rec room, a large bedroom w/ full bathroom, and a dedicated exercise room.

The rec room will soon feature a custom bar build, bringing the perfect space for entertainment. 🥃🍻

To complete the space, we also installed all interior doors along with clean, precise trim casings. 🤩

What a transformation, but this time it was for your's truly!😉 This home started as a diamond in the rough, but with a vision, hard work, blood, sweat and tears it’s now a stunning space filled with warmth and character. ✨

From tearing down walls to choosing the perfect finishes, every step of this journey was worth it. Each detail was carefully crafted to make this house feel like my family's new home.🏡
