Four Way Machine

Hard turning D2 tool steel heat treated to 55-60 Rockwell. We like to compare this to the saying “harder than woodpecker lips.” 😂

After hard turning them they left a beautiful finish thanks to our (insert Kennametal tag here) tooling.

Another cool part we’re working on here at Four Way Machine. It may not look very big but this part is 18 inches in diameter and starts out weighing 360 pounds! Luckily our Haas SL30BB has a transmission to give us all a lot of torque and is just big enough to be able to swing it.
